PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FRITZ Concrete Sealer is a clear wearable high solids liquid acrylic designed to be applied to cementitious overlayments and other masonry surfaces to provide high gloss and stain protection. FRITZ Concrete Sealer is best used as a two coat minimum application and is designed for interior use only. FRITZ Concrete Sealer is durable, easy to apply, quick drying, UV stable and non-flammable.

APPLICABLE SUBSTRATES
Use FRITZ Concrete Sealer indoors residentially and commercially on clean masonry surfaces both vertically and horizontally where gloss and stain protection is desired. SUPRACRETE Concrete Sealer is well suited for use over FRITZ overlayment product and non oil-based stains. Only apply FRITZ Concrete Sealer to masonry. Do not apply to other surfaces or over paint. All surfaces must be clean. FRITZ Concrete Sealer can be applied over itself in heavily trafficked areas or other areas of excessive wear. Do not apply FRITZ Concrete sealer over oil-based stains; use an appropriate sealer recommended by the stain manufacturer.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
New Work: FRITZ Concrete Sealer can be applied over FRITZ Overlayment within 4 to 6 hours of final set. If the overlayment has been decoratively stained, use guidelines set by the stain provider for timing of application.
Old Work: It is recommended that a small test area be evaluated prior to determining the suitability for the entire substrate. Clean substrates with a pH neutral cleaner followed with a clear water rinse. Never use solvents, acid etching solutions or sweeping compounds to prepare the substrate. Allow substrate to dry.

TOOLS
Nylon Paint Brush, 3⁄8ths inch nap Paint Roller, Paint Roller Tray. FRITZ Concrete Sealer was not designed for application using spray equipment.

APPLICATION
Apply two thin coats allowing 2 to 4 hours between coats. The environment must be between 50 and 90 degrees F. Do not stir or agitate product. Shake the 1 gallon container gently once or twice, but do not create air bubbles within the product. (Allow product to sit for one hour if it has bubbles.) Pour the liquid into the paint tray. Dampen the roller (or brush) in the tray evenly. Apply evenly working away from a wet edge. Apply smoothly and evenly. Roll out streaks and puddles. It is not recommended to back roll previously applied still wet areas. If the environment causes the liquid to become viscous add only small amounts of clean potable water to thin. When using over non oil-based stains apply FRITZ Concrete Sealer at the time recommended by the stain manufacturer.

CLEAN UP
Use soap and water.

Saturated cotton ball (25 drops reagent) for 1 hour. Two coats of each sealer.

Fritz Industries, Inc. warrants that if this product proves to have manufacturing defects and Fritz Industries, Inc. is notified of such within six months from the date Fritz Industries, Inc. shipped the product, Fritz Industries, Inc. will replace the defective product f.o.b. factory. Such product replacement shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim under this warranty. Fritz Industries, Inc. does not authorize anyone, including Fritz Industries, Inc. Representatives, to make any statements which supersede, modify or supplement the information provided on its printed literature or package labels without written confirmation from the Fritz Industries, Inc. Technical Service Department. Any installations proceeding without this confirmation or mis-installations of the product will void this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY AND IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO ITS TERMS. Fritz Industries, Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY OF ITS PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Fritz Industries, Inc. SELLS ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE CONDITION THAT CUSTOMERS SHALL CONDUCT THEIR OWN TESTS TO DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS FOR THE CUSTOMERS’ INTENDED PURPOSES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Fritz Industries, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ECONOMIC, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR OCCASIONED BY THE SELECTION, USE, INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT OF THESE PRODUCTS.
