LIMITATIONS: Do not use FA-88 for any purpose beyond filling minor subfloor irregularities, such as sloping or increasing elevations of substrates. FA-88 is not a substitute for underlayments. Do not use over existing old adhesive. Do not allow adhesive to dry or skim over before placing flooring onto it. Do not use for vertical applications. Do not spread more adhesive than can be worked within 30 minutes. Discard adhesive after 90 minutes of initial mixing.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not discard mixture or powder down plumbing drains; this product will continue to cure and become hard in the presence of water even while submerged. As when mixing all cementitious products, wear proper protections such as eye, respiratory and gloves while mixing FA-88.

COVERAGE: 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/8 U-notched trowel covers approximately 80 -90 square feet per gallon.
1/16 x 1/16 x 1/16 Accra notched trowel covers approximately 100 to 110 square feet per gallon.

SHELF LIFE & WARRANTY: Fritz Industries, Inc. warrants that if this product proves to have manufacturing defects and Fritz Industries, Inc. is notified of such within six months from the date , Fritz Industries, Inc. shipped the product, we will replace the defective products f.o.b. factory. Such product replacement shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim under this warranty. Fritz Industries, Inc. does not authorize anyone, including Fritz Industries, Inc. representatives to make any statements which supersede, modify or supplement the information provided on its printed literature without written confirmation from the Fritz Industries, Inc. Technical Services Department. Any installations proceeding without this confirmation or mis-installations of the products will void this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory and is strictly limited to its terms. Fritz Industries, inc. makes no warranty of merchantability or suitability of its products for any particular purpose. All product demonstrations are placed for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of any kind. Fritz industries, Ic. sells its products upon the condition that customers shall conduct their own tests to determine the suitability of the products for the customers intended purposes. Under no circumstances, will Fritz Industries, Inc. be liable for economic, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or occasioned by the selection, use, installation or replacement of these products.
